Khan Raja

Ahtiq Raja is a legally trained advocate with extensive experience as a Barrister, appearing in serious and complex criminal proceedings including murder, serious fraud, Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA), litigation and appeals before the Court of Appeal.

Having worked alongside and against King's Counsel, judges and senior solicitors, Ahtiq earned repeated commendations for his preparation, strategic precision, and calm courtroom presence. His advocacy has been exercised before varying courts and tribunals, including representing at the Old Bailey and Crown Courts throughout the country and appellate jurisdictions.
